Tîrgu-Mureş Festive Days - It is held annually in the last week of June, since 1997 at the initiative of the City Hall of Tîrgu-Mureş and the Local Council. The celebration, commemorating the privilege given on the 28th of August 1482 by king Matei Corvin, according to which the town was given the right to hold three markets annually (of which one in June), offers to its citizens and other visitors a rich and varied entertainment.
